MORICHI TOPAZ EXTERIOR SKIMCOAT

1. Product introduction:

  • Morichi Topaz exterior skimcoat is a high-quality material used to level concrete and mortar surfaces.
  • Topaz skimcoat is waterproof, provides a durable finish, has a smooth surface, and is easy to apply.
  • The product is manufactured in accordance with the QCVN/BXD standard.

2. Usage instructions:

  • Surface preparation: The surface should be clean, relatively flat, and free from dirt and grease. It can be cleaned using a high-pressure water spray gun.
  • Slowly pour Topaz powder into water at a ratio of 5:2. Thoroughly mix the powder with water using a specialized tool. Wait for 5 minutes for the additive to fully activate, then mix again before use.
  • Construction:
    • Use a spatula or plastic sheets for application. Apply the mixture within one hour after mixing with water.
    • Allow a minimum of 2 hours between each layer. If necessary, use fine-grit sandpaper to smooth the surface after applying the second layer, waiting for approximately 6 to 12 hours.
    • Do not apply a thickness greater than 3 mm.
