INTEK heat-resistant paint is specially formulated to prevent heat on corrugated iron roofs of factories and houses, effectively reducing temperatures by 12 to 26 degrees Celsius.
This water-based paint has heat-resistant properties and is manufactured with a special formula that effectively reduces heat, withstands hot climates, prevents heat transfer and light reflection, and blocks the sun's rays.
INTEK heat-resistant paint is designed for high insulation efficiency, reducing surface temperatures by 12-26°C when the temperature on the corrugated iron roof exceeds 60°C.
It has high adhesion and can be applied to a variety of materials.
Using heat-resistant paint in hot weather can increase labor productivity and save energy.
It protects and increases the durability of the corrugated iron roof and reduces noise during heavy rainfall.
Thickness: Can increase up to 0.25-0.35 mm after applying 2-3 layers.
Theoretical coverage: 6-8 m2/Liter/Layer.
Construction tools: Sprayer, roller, brush.
Clean construction tools with water.
Can be used on various heat-resistant material surfaces such as corrugated iron roofs, tile roofs, concrete walls of factories, farms, houses, schools, hotels, hospitals, shops, and warehouses.
3. Application process:
Surface preparation:
The surface to be painted must be cleaned and free of dirt, grease, or impurities.
Surfaces with old paint, rust, or impurities need to be cleaned before applying.
If the surface is concrete and has cracks, they need to be repaired and plastered before painting.
Application of heat-resistant paint:
Concrete wall: Mix the first layer with 15-20% clean water. For the next two coats, if the paint is thick, it can be mixed with 5% clean water.
Old and rusted corrugated iron: It is recommended to use INTEK anti-rust paint or INTEK multi-purpose primer as a primer before applying heat-resistant paint.
New corrugated iron: Depending on weather conditions, apply 2-3 layers of INTEK heat-resistant paint with a thickness of 0.25-0.35 mm. The construction time between each layer should be 1-2 hours apart. Apply the first coat thinly to prevent surface cracking or peeling. If the paint is difficult to apply, it can be diluted with 5% clean water. If the surface is dry and quickly absorbs paint, it can be easily diluted more than the recommended ratio.
4. Notes:
Stir the paint well before use.
Do not apply when the outside temperature is below 5°C, humidity is over 85%, or wind is above level 4.
Avoid applying during rainy or hot weather. It is recommended to apply in the morning or afternoon when the surface temperature does not exceed 35°C.
5. Warranty:
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. Keep the lid tightly closed.
Keep out of reach of children.
Expiry date: 24 months from the date of manufacture.
