Our Robusta green coffee bean wet polished is sourced from Dong Nai, Vietnam, which has a tropical monsoon climate with high temperatures, abundant sunlight, and high moisture levels. Dong Nai has approximately 5,000 hectares of coffee-producing land at an elevation of 350-500 meters above sea level. We chose Dong Nai as our growing location to provide our consumers with the highest-grade Robusta green coffee bean wet polished.
The Wet polished method aims to remove the outer layer of the Robusta coffee bean before drying, reducing the risk of contamination and resulting in higher-value coffee beans. This method is often more expensive. Robusta green coffee bean wet polished has a taste profile with more acidity, sweetness, and depth, making it a cleaner cup compared to other processing methods.
