TRADITIONAL ROASTED BMT COFFEE

Instructions:

Step 1:

Start by adding about 20 grams of coffee powder (equivalent to 3-4 teaspoons) into a filter. Gently shake the filter to ensure even distribution of the coffee powder, then press it down gently with the lever.

Step 2:

Pour approximately 20ml of boiling water (between 90-100 degrees Celsius) into the filter. Close the lid and wait for the water to evenly penetrate the coffee powder. After about 1 minute, add 45ml of boiling water, close the lid, and wait for the coffee to drip. Once it's ready, you can enjoy your cup of coffee.

Step 3:

Customize your coffee by adding a little sugar, condensed milk, and ice according to your taste preferences. To fully savor the flavors of each sip, avoid adding excessive sugar and milk, as it may overpower the bitterness and compromise the taste.

How to store:

• Keep the coffee in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing it in damp areas, as moisture can damage the coffee powder.
• Once you open the packaging, make sure to seal it tightly. Alternatively, you can transfer the coffee to a glass jar. Always use a dry spoon to scoop out the powder to prevent moisture from affecting its quality.
