Bao Ngoc Spices' Chili pork salt is a traditional Southern-flavored seasoning made from clean ingredients (salt, fresh chili, pork, garlic). It is mixed in a specific ratio, crushed into a powder, and then dried under sunlight or wind for 24 hours. It is finally roasted on charcoal firewood for 3-4 hours to ensure even crispness and stored in a PE jar.
