Bao Ngoc Spices' Roasted Chili Salt is a traditional dipping salt. This product is made from clean and fresh ingredients (granular salt, fresh chili powder), mixed in a specific ratio, and incubated for 8-10 hours to allow the chili powder to be absorbed into the salt. It is then dried under sunlight for 24 hours, roasted, and dried using charcoal firewood.
