Kopi Luwak is a type of coffee that is made from the best and ripe red coffee fruits that ferrets eat on coffee trees. The coffee beans go through the ferrets' digestive organs, which creates a unique taste during fermentation. The coffee beans are then collected, washed, dried, and roasted.

Me Trang Company has developed a special processing method: cultivating microbial digestive enzymes similar to those of ferrets, and then using the best quality coffee beans to brew with yeast, resulting in an extremely unique product called Kopi Luwak with a special flavor.
