Location

Located at BT7.02, Xuan Phuong Functional Urban Area, 70th Street, Xuan Phuong Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam, CERAVI aims to bring European high-quality products to consumers. The company has built a high-class porcelain sanitary ware factory on an area of nearly 40,000 m2 in Thai Binh Province, which is considered the center of Vietnam's ceramics industry.

Factory Capacity

Our factory has a stage 1 capacity of 500,000 products/year, and the capacity doubles at stage 2, reaching 1,000,000 products/year. This contributes to providing domestic and international users with a wide range of choices in terms of design and diverse models of sanitary ware products.

Our Production Scale

CERAVI offers free warranty during the warranty period for technical errors resulting from the manufacturing process. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase (confirmed via warranty card or sales invoice).

Warranty period specified for each product:

  • Porcelain part: 10-year warranty
  • Water tank accessories: 24 months
  • Seat cover: 24 months
