ACACIA WOOD LAMINATED SCANTLINGS

Laminated scantlings are available in various sizes in order to meet the client's needs. The wood laminated scantlings are manufactured with the best quality wood and advanced machinery to meet international quality standards. Additionally, we ensure that the wood laminated scantlings are checked on different quality parameters under the supervision of our quality controllers.

1) Description:

Wood Laminated Scantlings are made by joining termite-treated and kiln-dried plantation lumber. The logs are cut into staves of different or same sizes, as long as they are suitable for the desired scantlings size. The wood staves are vertically joined into wooden bars of equal length and then laminated into completed laminated scantlings.

  • Length (millimeter): 800 - 5900
  • Width (millimeter): 60/70/80
  • Thickness (millimeter): 60/70/80

3) Specifications:

  • Wood species: Acacia.
  • Moisture: 8 - 12%.
  • Wood stave (length): 150 - 400 millimeters.
  • Length and width tolerance: 0/+3 millimeters.
  • Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.2 millimeters.
  • Glue: D4.
  • Surface finish: Sanding 180-240 grit.
  • Quality: AA, AB, AC, BC, CC, or customizable.

Top-quality face with a little sapwood and almost no defects.

B face:

Second-quality face with some sapwood and defects.

C face:

Third-quality face with unlimited sapwood and defects.
