Shipping method:

The produced acacia wood is sawn and transported from the raw material area in a large wood reserve, always ensuring production and stabilizing product prices with little fluctuation in the long term, best serving the demand and quality price for every customer. The wood is cut and peeled into pieces.

After preliminary processing, the wood is dried and fumigated (this stage depends on the needs of the customer, we will perform). Our fumigation is according to ISPM15 standards, and the wood is soaked and disinfected for 24 hours before use.

The wood, after being preliminarily processed, will be cut, smoothed according to the specific product size, and then packed into the finished product.

This process is strictly monitored and tested by Tracenal Wood company, right from the choice of the best wood to the fumigation and packaging of finished products to ensure quality and safety.
