• Wire Type

  Multiple-conductor cable using non-integral jacket.

• Application

  Internal wiring of electronic equipment and appliances. Tags may indicate the following: 600V Peak for Electronic use only.

• Materials/Standard

  Conductor: 30-16AWG, solid or stranded. In compliance with UL 758.

  Insulation: Semi-rigid Vinyl (PVC) insulated.

  Shield: Optional.

  Covering: Optional.

  Braid: Optional, provided over jacket.

  Uniform thickness of wire to ensure easy stripping and cutting.

  Passed UL VW-1 flame test.

  Temperature Rate: 800C.

  Rated Voltage: 300V.

  Material conforms to RoHS, REACH.

AVSS

AVSS JASO General Purpose - Extra Thin Wall Insulated Type

• Application

  Low-tension wires with extra thin wall insulation for automobiles, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles. JASO D 611-94 compliant.

• Materials/Standard

  Conductor: Soft-annealed copper wires in compliance with JIS C 3102.

  Insulation: Vinyl (PVC) insulated. In compliance with JASO D 611-94 and RoHS Directive.

  Temperature Rate: 800C.

  Material conforms to RoHS, REACH.

VFF/HVFF

300V Grade Polyvinylchloride Parallel Cord (fixable cord)

• Application

  Indoor cords for use in electrical appliances of A.C.300V or less.

• Materials/Standard

  Conductor: Bare stranded copper conductor. In compliance with JIS C3306 or CNS 3199.

  Insulation: Vinyl (PVC) insulated.

  Series of type: 0.5mm2x2C ~ 2.0mm2x2C.

  Cores twisted together.

  PVC insulated flat twin cord.

  Resistance to heat higher than 750C.

  Temperature Rate: 600C, 750C.

  Material conforms to RoHS, REACH.
