Clean Rice Process

Step 1: Choose the material area to grow rice

• Soil does not contain metals.
• Water source is clean, does not contain toxic substances.
• The farming location is far from residential areas with cool air.

Step 2: Rice production

• Standard rice seed, clear origin.
• Actively use probiotics throughout the crop.
• Not using all preparations 30 days before harvest so that rice plants do not have residues of pesticides.

Step 3: Global G.A.P. Certification Assessment

Quacerts Global G.A.P assessment team directly assesses the production system and production households (necessary equipment for a production household and quality management system).

Step 4: Preserve

Storage of raw rice materials is clean and placed on pallets lined with plastic tarpaulin. After 1 month of storage (helps stabilize the quality and achieve the deliciousness of the rice grain) it will be transferred to milling.

Step 5: Processing
