State-of-the-Art Facilities for Tea Production

Customers can expect both quality and timely delivery of their orders as we have strong facilities for tea production. Our facilities include:

  • Two manufacturing factories in Ngoc Lap, Yen Lap, Phu Tho province, Vietnam, with a total capacity of 90 tons of fresh tea buds per day. One factory utilizes the orthodox method with a production line equipped with machines from the Soviet Union and Vietnam, producing 40 tons per day. The other factory employs the CTC method with equipment imported from India, producing 50 tons per day.
  • A tea refining factory in Pho Nong, Thai Hoa Commune, Ba Vi District, Hanoi, covering an area of 4,500m2.
  • A tea refining and packaging factory in Phu My A, Phu Son, Ba Vi, Ha Noi, Vietnam, occupying a 77,500m2 terrain with its own area of 11,000m2. This factory is equipped with modern machinery, including electronic color sorters from Japan and Korea, tea blending and packaging systems, automatic small bag tea packaging machines, a tea flavoring machine, and various cutting, shifting, and grading machines. We also have a vacuum cleaning system to ensure industrial hygiene. Furthermore, we possess other types of equipment to support our production processes.
