1. Structure and characteristics:

  • The IBC 1000L plastic tank consists of 3 main parts:
  • Tank interior: Made from durable and safe HDPE virgin plastic, suitable for solvents, chemicals, and acids.
  • Steel frame: Constructed with stainless steel, providing protection during transportation.
  • Base: Made with anti-rust steel plates, connected to the steel frame for stability during transportation and stacking.
  • Additionally, there are two essential parts: the tank mouth and the discharge valve.

  • Do not stack more than 3 layers of 1000L IBC tanks containing products.
  • Clearly label the products inside the tank on the attached nameplate.
