Detailed Description:

Regular jumbo bags come in two basic designs: round bags and square bags.

Round jumbo bag:

• This type of bag has a round body that is sewn with a lid and bottom.
• The shape of the lid and bottom helps to shape the body of the bag.

Square jumbo bag:

• This type of bag is made by sewing four plates together to create the body, and then sewing on the cover and bottom.

Lid of jumbo bag:

Spout top:

• The jumbo bag cover is sewn with a round or conical tube.
• The tube is made of woven tubular PP plastic and is thinner than the body material.

Duffle top:

• The mouth of the jumbo bag is sewn about 40" higher (or according to customer's request).
• After filling the bag, the cover is closed to protect the contents.
• Jumbo bags (FIBCs) are commonly used to store granular or powdered products.

4 lifting loops:

• An extra sheet is sewn onto the mouth of the bag.
• The remaining three edges can be sewn with additional strings or zippers to close the lid.

Open top:

• This type of jumbo bag does not have any kind of lid sewn onto the mouth.
• FIBC bags without lids are generally used to store bulk or granular products.

Body of the jumbo bag:

U-panel body:

• This type of body is made by sewing a long plate of jumbo bag with two plates that form the other two sides of the body.

4-panel body:

• This body is created by sewing four plates together to create a box shape, and then sewing on the lid and bottom.

Round body:

• This is a tubular woven piece sewn with two plates for the lid and bottom.

Bottom of the jumbo bag:

Flat bottom (closed bottom):

• This is a plate of bag sewn together with the four sides of the body.

Discharge spout:

• Sewn at the bottom of the jumbo bag.

Pajama bottom (skirt):

• This is a bottom with two layers of discharge spout, with the inner discharge spout longer than the outer discharge spout.

Jumbo bag loop (lifting loop):

• Usually, jumbo bags (FIBC) have four lifting loops sewn at the four corners of the bag mouth, about 15-18" higher than the bag mouth, to facilitate movement by cranes or forklifts.
• In some special cases, the lifting straps are sewn with two additional horizontal loops connecting each of the two corner loops together, forming two parallel loops. The crane or forklift can hook onto these two horizontal loops to move the bag.

Sewing patterns of four lifting straps at four corners of jumbo bag mouth:

• U-shaped sewing: Each lifting loop is sewn on two side edges.
• Elliptical sewing: Each lifting loop is sewn into the seam along the four sides of the body.

Other ingredients:

• Sewing type: Straight sewing or straight sewing combined with overlock.
• Graphics and printing: The main printing technology is Flexo, and the content can be printed on demand.
• Printing capacity: Printing can be done on one to four sides, with up to five colors per side.
• Each jumbo bag can be sewn with an additional document pocket in the center of one outer side of the bag.
