ULTRACEL II HEPA FILTERS

1. Introduction

  • 100% of VAF's Hepa Filters are tested by Smoke test and Scan test machines before leaving the factory.
  • High capacity for Mini-Pleat style.
  • Lightweight and compact.
  • Fully leak tested and scanned with certificate.
  • Low-off gassing.

2. Product information

  • Extended surface pleated Hepa/Ulpa filters.
  • Special design with minipleat media and hot-melt separator is supplied for Ultracel 2 to run at low pressure.
  • Super micro glass fiber media is designed to be suitable for high air filter classes from H13 to U15.
  • Available with 2-surface faceguard mesh.

3. Application

  • Ultracel 2 is designed for use in high-class cleanrooms from 1000 to 1.
  • Especially suitable for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, lab, biotech, and other industries where airborne contaminants must be carefully controlled.

  • Standard knife-edge profile
  • Operating temperature: 70 degrees Celsius
  • Air velocity: 0.45-0.53 m/s
  • Frame: MDF, G.I, Alu, SUS 304
  • Separator: Hotmelt beads
