To help you overcome difficulties in procedures and transportation costs when delivering goods to Cambodia, we provide the following services:

1. Vietnam side

• Customs procedures for export businesses - Customers provide export-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, contracts, etc. We will handle the remaining work.
• Customs clearance time in Vietnam: 1 day

2. Cambodia side

• We/Consignee will handle the import declaration. Importing into Cambodia requires various documents, and we will provide specific advice on the necessary documents to complete the customs declaration quickly.
• Customs clearance time in Cambodia: 1-2 days
• After completion, with our intermodal license, our trucks can deliver directly without the need for transfer at the border. Our truck fleet includes low bed trailers, oversized trailers, 20' and 40' container trucks, as well as 5-ton and 10-ton trucks.

3. Transit from another country via Vietnam to Cambodia (Cross border)

• Vietnam side: We have a license to be the consignee on the Bill of Lading, which allows us to handle customs procedures for transit easily. Required documents: B/L, invoice, packing list, customs declaration sheet.
• Cambodia side: We/Consignee will handle the import declaration. Importing into Cambodia requires various documents, and for certain cargo, an import license is necessary. We will provide specific advice on the necessary documents to complete the customs declaration quickly.

4. DDP Cargo (Lump sum cargo from Vietnam to Cambodia)

This is the most common and quickest way for your partner to receive goods without worrying about paperwork, licenses, or related procedures. We have an agreement between Vietnam and Cambodia for small cargo, allowing for delivery with lower taxes and fewer required documents. Simply deliver the goods to our warehouse, or we can pick them up from your location depending on price and quantity. We will deliver them to you at a reasonable price, including taxes, shipping costs, and other delivery fees during transportation.

5. Road transport

Alphatrans is one of the few companies with a full license for direct road transport of cargo from HCM to Cambodia. We have successfully handled and delivered numerous shipments and projects to the door. We offer comprehensive services to Cambodia and vice versa. The distance from HCM to PHN is 300km. We can handle transportation via FLC, LCL, low bed trailers, oversized or over high cargo. Transit time is 1-2 days from HCM to PNH, with daily departures.

6. Sea transport
